I wouldn’t spam follow people in your location; it could make a negative reputation for yourself. I’d just improve your pics overall, make a Hinge or Tinder profile, and practice there. Low stakes. After you feel you’re more comfortable with texting women, you can hop on to the Instagram and start hitting women up
