I notice from your comments you are polish. I'm sorry you won't find your answer here. The answers are alright but there is a big cultural chasm between the west and the east.

What I would say tho, is not to overthink stuff and enjoy the moment no matter who you are with.

To me it seems like you're too conscious and trying hard.

Its like walking, as soon as you get aware that you are walking, you start making weird strides until that moment passes. So dont overthink it and enjoy yourself.

Ok so the absolute most important thing to have fun with women is self-amusement. You have to focus ON YOUR OWN FUN first and create a fun vibe because you’re amusing yourself in some way - and then draw women in.

This is of course easier said than done if you’re an extremely logical person. But look at it this way - do you have trouble amusing yourself with a really good and close buddy who you’re hanging out with? I’m sure you’re not just sitting quietly being all super logical when you’re with a great friend and you’re instead having fun together (obviously not always) and that’s because you’re both super relaxed and COMFORTABLE with each other. You display your personalities to each other without shame or fear of being shunned or ridiculed etc., just shooting the shit, teasing each other, making random weird and ridiculous jokes, messing around playfully and so on. Do exactly that with girls - except there should be a hint of sexual undertones to create sexual tension - which will be the difference between her wanting you sexually as opposed to a friend wanting you platonically.

This is something that you learn with time. Some people get it before they are 18, some people still don't get it in their late 20s.

The difference between being logical and being fun, this are your words for a very common problem. How to be myself in social situations? How to have fun and get the girl and stop being in my head all the time?

This revolves around the ability to be yourself and, as everything, it goes back to your ability to be confident in yourself.

People who are confident in themselves are out of their own head in social situations. They are able to express themselves freely, be funny, cocky, whatever. They show themselves how they are and are not afraid, if it happens, to turn people away or to turn girls off. Fun and spontaneity come from being able to be in the moment and enjoy the moment, independently of if you get the girl or not.

People who are not confident in themselves retreat in their head to logics and facts. They analyze every interaction and measure every word that comes out of their mouth before they say it. This hinders social connections, creativity and spontaneity. When we are always thinking of the best thing to say or the argument that may attract the most positive reaction, not only are we overthinking and overcomplicating what probably is a completely normal situation, but the fact that we give too much thought to it means that we care a lot about what people think of us or we are afraid of showing our true colours.

Funnily enough, if you only react with logic an reason to emotional arguments and emotional situations it may have the opposite effect. Its funny that by playing to win every social interaction you end up losing most of them.

Not even talking about girls anymore, social situations are mostly situations where humans bind to each other emotionally. Engaging emotional arguments or conversations with your brain will probably not lead to the wished outcome.

Deep psychologically, (I don't know if this applies to you), the inability to engage others emotionally usually is caused by some kind of social anxiety. We have fear to be rejected and thus we hide how we really are and think.

People who don't expose themselves to being rejected try to win every social interaction and as a result they end up losing most of the time.

People who accept how they are and expose themselves and their vulnerability show extreme confidence. They don't play social interactions to win or to lose, they just exist in the moment and have fun. As a result they end up of course being rejected but also being accepted a surprising amount.

Women actually are attracted to logical, stern, and/or serious men. You may just need to adjust non verbal behaviors. You can get away with using nerd subject matter, but you need to behave like a handsome secret agent while doing so.

A thing people don't realize is, everyone's "logical", at least some of the time, everyone else is just thinking about different things and have different priorities.

Some things are just not worth your full attention span. And sometimes you gotta focus on other stuff.

Do you struggle with talking and social interaction cuz you're on your own head? It's probably because you're focusing too much on yourself and how what you say will sound and not enough in them. Focus on other people, put attention on what they say, and create lines of dialog from them on your head. Try to remember details and what not. By focusing on others it will be more natural to create topics you don't have to double guess.

I guess you just need to take different attitude when interacting with girls. Instead of valuing information, value emotions that are being triggered by it. Conversation should be fun and pleasing. Introduce topics that can trigger positive response, pay attention how your mutual dynamics change, make it more like an interactive game, where the objective is to extract as much fun and emotions as possible, create connection and make energy imbalanced instead of settling it with conclusions and solutions. It's of course a matter of practice, but big thing is about giving up on your serious mindset of exchanging proper information and go little crazy, irrational, carefree, silly. Words should be just a measure for having good time and trigger emotions, their meaning by itself does not matter.

Feelings based as opposed to rationality based. Focus on feelings how does something feel. Ask about feelings, learn how to activate feelings in people. Stop with all the rationality.

Example: if someone says I want to open a surf school and surf the whole world. Don’t think of all the practicalities. How are you going to manage it with your kids, will your wife join, what about your current job etc but keep it light and fun feelings based. Wow that sounds amazing where will this school be? I can join and open a jetski school next to it. If you play your cards right I’ll give you free sex and you can teach me how to surf.

This is a dumb random example, but it makes a point. Keep it light, make jokes, mess with people, but don’t kill the vibe with rationality, potential issues and practicalities.

I'm very logical and have a degree in engineering. The best advice I heard is from John Anthony: talk to women the same way you talk to your guy friends—don't censor yourself. The ones you're physically attracted to, touch them lightly (e.g., hands on the waist), and magic will most likely happen. If she moves your hand away, it means she's not ready. Also, I wouldn't hit on girls you already know; it's really hard to do the whole 'friends with benefits' thing once they see you as just a friend.
