For those who are paying child support through the county, does that money ever reach the mother and the child if the mother is on the childcare program?
If the mother receives only part of it, how much of it does she receive out of the total amount? I guess that is why they enforce the child support payments so that they would reimburse themselves from it.
Is there any way for the father to pay for child support directly to the mother without the county being directly involved in the transaction? Can you avoid the government keeping part of you child support intended for the child?
Thanks!
