I have a question about raves and maybe clubs also but mostly raves.

I have started to make eye contact more with girls when dancing and I have started to notice that the only girls who will maybe give me any attention at all are the far girls. I will look at pretty people and they will quickly look away and sometimes even look annoyed. Is this normal with most girls or do I just have to get lucky and have someone who will look back at me 2-3 times so I can approach.

I am in the USA and it seems like maybe bc so many bigger girls are here that the skinny girls just get so much more attention and it makes it hard for me bc I am not an 8-10/10
