It's because straight men only use women and don't see them as people. That's what he's saying. It's a misandrist generalisation made about straight men.

Which is funny, because recently I saw a bunch of people calling gay men misogynists so I don't think you can win as men, and it's sad gay men suck up to women so much when so many women only act nice to gay men because of the novelty of gay men, not because they actually see gay men as people.

If anyone doesn't see anyone as human beings, it's women towards anyone who doesn't agree with them and men.
