Can anger phase be skipped?

Yeah, I never really had an anger phase either. I had a Whoa, yeah okay I've experienced what they're saying and it ground my gears in the past and I moved on.

I definitely still had a depression phase where I wondered why the hell I should bother with broads besides for easy lays as a release for a while. Acceptance phase is blessed.

The anger phase is often for people who are still coming to terms with things, and are experiencing a great deal of cognitive dissonance as they struggle to reconcile their life with what they've learned. This is especially bad for people who've invested much of themselves into BP ideas, like men who are married/want to be married, or those who've neglected their health for a long time.

If you haven't experienced the anger phase, awesome! Chances are you won't, unless you start to miss the BP way of life.

Skipping it would imply that all people have to go through it because there is a predetermined order for that to happen. This is not the case.

Akin to the stages of grief you can skip phases to go right to the next one. It is possible to regress but unlikely. Especially when your eyes get opened to dat troof.

Yea it can be skipped. My anger phase wasn't pronounced it was more like a deep seething distrust for women. I wanted to hurt women by getting them to like me then dumping them.

That's over now and I do like some women, and I don't like some women. If I see a typical basic bitch who is glued to her phone and slightly overweight, that to me is disgusting.

There are some women who are simply nice people, you wont find them at college campuses or house parties but they're out there and I allow myself to like them as people.

Anger phase occurs because men often discover TRP while recovering from recent breakup. If you didn't have a hard breakup or it wasn't a recent one, no anger phase.

My anger phase was short simply because I did not have a breakup at a time. I was having some dates followed by flakes which seemed strange to me. The more the pill digested, the more things fell into place and the more I became thankful that those dates didn't lead to anything serious at the time.

That said, anger is not bad, actually, it can be great. If you direct it right, it pushes you to lift and to improve, to give less shit and to discard that what slows you down, to clear your vision and flush out weak emotions and come out more stoic on the other side.

Sure. It's definitely possible.

For example, I had done a lot of anger stage-ish stuff a couple years earlier when I discovered PUA, so when I discovered TRP, I was like "oh, my model needs to be updated", and it went pretty easily.

It's just a heuristic to sorta show how a man unplugging might feel.

I think your anger phase will depend on how much you have been hurt. If you had a 6 month LTR go down in flames. then it shouldn't be too bad. A 20 year marriage, that's a whole different type of loss!

Never had much contact with women before PUA, which led me to TRP, so no, one huge case of oneitis once, with what I consider severe repercussions in my life, but if you don't put yourself out there you can't get hurt, and if you don't get hurt, you don't get angry.

So yeah, no anger phase in my case, to be honest as soon as a swallowed the pill, I thought every explanation was highly logical and made perfect sense, more than PUA explanations, and as tend to analyze everything logically, I was amazed to say the least.
