My ex fought in court for over two years dying on the hill of she wanted 90% parenting time and I get like barely Anything, despite the fact that whole time we had 50/50 through the courts temp orders, I fought tooth and nail and after a long expensive battle she settled and we got 50/50 plan.

within the past 6 weeks since that was stamped with the courts at least once a week I'm sent a message on parenting app "you need to come early to get ****" not hey can you come early or can we switch days no, you NEED to come this day at this time.

Why on earth would she fight and spend like 60k between us and now it's whatever come take him.

And she's hinting now in messages that she won't be Able to take him to preschool anymore this upcoming year because her new job she has to go earlier now. So it looks like I'm going to be taking him to daycare/preschool daily. Which I'll take every second more the 50% I can get, I love it.

Do I just let this play out and if this keeps up for a long stretch then take her back to court or don't bother and just enjoy the extra time.
