Keys to preventing it, stop destroying mens lives by holding lying wamen accountable, stop unfair child custody and divorce courts, which completely destroys mens lives. How about stopping systemic misandry and discrimination in job hiring, or call out MISANDRISTS, even acknowleding them seems impossible.

Already went to therapy. Unfortunately, there is no therapy for financial issues, except taking that dead beat job that pays far too little and demands far too much. How about fixing your economy by making essential jobs more attractive by paying essential jobs far more than, for example, STEM jobs?

i dont like this throwing away the depression thing as if it was the end-all-be-all for men's mental health, cause yeah, therapy and pills are the solution to that, but if depression is a perfectly natural reaction to your envoirement or been your life, and with how little power does the average man has in changing stuff now, I just think this is all a cope, a better cope than dying or becoming an addict, but its a cope nevertheless.
