Even if it feels overwhelming right now, you don’t have to deal with this alone. Here are a few things you can do that might help:

First, screenshot everything — the post, any comments, usernames, all of it. Just in case it gets taken down later, it’s good to have proof.

Try to report the post on the app — there should be an option for bullying, harassment, or posting without consent.

Seriously, talk to someone you trust — a parent, teacher, or counselor. You’re still a minor, and they can help you take the next steps. What they did might even be illegal depending on where you live.

If it’s really bad or making you feel unsafe, don’t hesitate to go to the police or get legal help. You deserve to feel safe and respected.

Most importantly: This isn’t your fault. What they did says way more about them than it does about you.
