I agree with the observation. The gap is definitely there.

Would I want to fix it as aggressively as women have tried to fix their societal issues over the last many decades? I’m not sure. What do you suggest?

I will save you time by saying this uncomfortable truth bluntly. Women as a group don't care about us enough to give up the unfair privileges they have over us. Equality for them is only lip service. It is us men who need to stand up for ourselves and question them on their actions. And in this regard, we are not just fighting toxic modern feminists but also pathetic male simps who will go out of their way to stand up for a woman but won't do the same for another man. We will have to call out these pathetic male simps on their hypocrisy as well.

Men aren’t viewed as fully human in society anymore, the only woman who sees you as a person is your mom basically. All other women have conditioned themselves to see you as a servant, a tool to provide and validate them, someone who is always out of line if they question anything or have any complaints or concerns about you what so ever. If a man asks a woman to workout more and get in shape he’s toxic, if he isn’t sure if he wants to be with you bc you have kids from another man- toxic, if he isn’t constantly telling you whatever you want to hear regardless of his own needs, wants, dreams and boundaries - toxic. A lot of this is this female narcissistic epidemic that’s gone completely unnoticed and unspoken, this lack of empathy and view of men is just plain old narcissism that has been normalized as just female traits that should be expected in any woman. This was never the case in society up to the modern world, narcissistic traits are not supposed to be normal for women, empathy is, understanding is, but finding any women who see you as a real person is challenging. Even when you do find one, you have to be aware that her friends will always tell her she’s too good for you and to leave you as soon as she states any single complaint or concern about you. That is always the response no matter the situation, it makes it really scary to be a man in these situations, knowing that the friends will always be out to get you and try to break up the relationship. Part of that is women love to compete with each other secretly and always want to have more than their friends and other women in their life, if they have a husband and you don’t they feel better about their life and they can look down on you as the lesser friend; since they’re almost entirely narcissistic they need to feel superior and need to appear to have more than their friends. It’s honestly very sick and it feeds on itself creating this cycle that perpetuates the worst kind of behavior and mindset imaginable

The gap exists, and it is at least in part biologically wired. What you do from there? That's up to you.

I like to address any gendered situation where I'm having a disagreement with someone and just challenge them with the scenario with flipped genders. Tends to shock them into silence at the very least, and sometimes it does make them think.

Absolutely. It's important to remember, though, that egalitarian sentiments are deeply unnatural- from before humanity began, it was always more successful to discriminate; to treat the suggestions of biology as laws and turn away the weak and needy.

Getting people to accept it, especially when it's something that doesn't directly benefit them, is always going to be a hard sell- but it's always possible, too.
