The differing amount of empathy shown to men vs women is an issue that stands in the way of addressing practically all other men's issues. After all, feeling enough empathy and compassion for people is usually how you get to a point of wanting to help them.

My worry is that the gender empathy gap is now too baked into how humans function. You see this empathy gap in men and women, and it's causes can range from gender-based moral type-casting to even just basic evolutionary biology.
