Move out
Get a job
Get married
Have a child
Finish secondary education

Get a job is the only milestone that doesn't directly have the potential to screw you financially.

Ah yes let me have kids i dont want just because someone else said so then not give a fuck about them once they are born just like my father did.

Im never having kids simply because I dont want them it wouldn't be fair on them. Every child deserves loving parents who take care of them. I dont believe I would be a good dad, and I dont want those kids to have to suffer because of that.

It is not really so anti men as some in this sub are taking it as (insecure much?). It is just talking about how if you hold young people to the same standards as back in 1970s they do not match up. Due to culture change and increasing costs of living... Like yah.... Culture changed and things are so expensive it's crazy to get married and have kids now. Also almost impossible to get a house too.

Article does not present any solutions or anything. Simply just pointing out how things have changed and blame it on culture shift and costs. Is it a pretty shallow article though as it does not dive into the "culture change" really. To me it's more of a "no shit" type article.
