You could probably find coaching videos on this, but I seriously doubt it's necessary. I also think people tend to recognize when someone has "coached" their own voice. I would suggest you try to make your language and volume more feminine, not actually change your voice.

The uncomfortable feeling of hearing your own voice is normal, since we’re not used to hearing our own voice. Record yourself talking and listen to it. Do that often enough and eventually you’ll get used to your voice.

Besides sounding „feminine“ I advise you to learn how to talk professionally. You can have the cutest/sexiest/whatever sounds feminine to you voice but the words you use, your grammar, your tone, passive aggressiveness etc. dictate how you will be perceived. So focus on that. There are videos on youtube that go deep into this topic

A feminine voice is soft and musical. It tends to be attractive to men and irritating to some women. While a trans person will pay a lot of attention to retraining their voice, most people don't. The fact you're taking what you see as a personal weakness and are attempting to make a potential upgrade is admirable.

Practice dramatic reading skills. When reading something out loud, most people drone on monotonously. There's little emotionality or variation in their voice. It's surprisingly quick and easy to develop basic skills with just a little practice, even within 5 minutes. You could read a children's book, song lyrics, even an article. Use pauses, volume, pitch and pacing modulation. Try uptalking and vocal fry inflections to break out of conditioned voice patterns.

I did a little searching and found this vocal coach. I found her voice both pleasant and intelligent. She speaks directly to your situation.

use a lower volume, do not talk over people. Femininity is just as much about how you carry out conversations. Don't rush to answer or fill in silence. Speak with a smile

As long as your not loud and stressed out, all voices no matter the pitch is feminine. There's sultry breathy deep voices and cute high pitched voices. Femininity is about being comfortable with who you are. The more you love yourself the more feminine your voice becomes. Reframe your beliefs about your voice. If it's unique, it's more likely to make a man fall for you.

Have you tried singing by yourself in your spare time? Sometimes working out your voice in this way can help you have a more feminine tone when you talk.
