Shaming is also a tool used by society to keep man in families where the children aren't there's it's a tool that allows society to shame male victims of DV or SA into never coming out shame is stupid and provides nothing and changed nothing understanding dialogue and thinking change the way the world works shame just makes them hidden.

Men are still shamed pretty aggressively today, likely more than they ever had been. That's why so many men are emasculated people pleasers.

Females on the other hand have gaslighted society into making it not politically correct to shame women.

'Shaming' was utilised to keep female reproductive instinct in check, thereby bolstering monogamy, where a man could be (reasonably) sure that he had a family where his genes were in all of the kids.

Women will tolerate monogamy when times are tough. The alternative is plowing the fields, mining for minerals, or, perhaps, a job in the steelworks.

Now, there's plenty of lazy girl jobs. Easy access to a revolving door of men. Reproductive control, so they can attempt to tie down only the best men. Lots of lovely welfare when it all goes wrong.

Those female advantages are the result of over half a century of real feminism, driven through by female politicians, and male feminists, pandering to the majority female voter base.

Can it be reversed by 'shaming'..?

Nah. It's gone too far. But not far enough for the feminists, who don't know the meaning of the word 'enough'. They won't rest until the 'Patriarchy' of the nuclear family has been destroyed, and their litters of mongrel kids don't know the meaning of the word 'father'.

You can only 'shame' someone with a modicum of self awareness, not a graduate of 'Gender Studies' from Dunning Kruger University.

I think if people are acting in a way that is “socially unacceptable”, explaining why their behaviour isn’t ok is a much better tactic than shaming.

Shaming is what keeps rape victims silent, people trapped in abusive relationships, young men convinced of the evil of their sexuality, homosexuals convinced of the evil of their sexuality, mentally ill people from getting the help they need, and society progressing past a Stone Age zeitgeist.

So no, I will not engage in- or support- bringing back a procedure that inflicted immeasurable harm on innocent people for no benefit beyond assuaging the guilty consciences of tradcons.

There is nothing productive about "shaming" people. Shaming conveys the message that the person is bad, irredeemable, and worthy of shunning. I know that a lot of people on this sub have experienced unfair shaming for how they express their masculinity; and it only hardens people's positions.
