i'm 24, good job, live in a good apartment in a nice area. I throw parties occasionally for random shit- a friend coming back from school, halloween, new years etc.- and they are usually just ok. 15-20 people, 25/75 male to female ratio, with half high value and half low value men and women. My goal is to eventually throw parties that have all high value and attractive men and women, 25+ people, and at least an even gender ratio.

The question- what are some good ways to do this? Should I start buying high quality beer and liqour? Start being more selective about who I invite? Hire a stripper for the night? (only half joking). I need some ideas- advice from guys who throw good parties would be awesome.
