Curious what he’s doing that’s alerted you to think he’s red pill? He’s not gonna admit he consumes red pill content if you call him out - but if he’s being abusive to someone I think it should be called out anyway

Red pill 'practice' boils down to gameifyed natural human interactions.

Even if you get a list, just by observation, it'd be hard to determine if this person is a 'redpiller' or just naturally behaves that way.

Regardless, your best bet to sus him out is to get him to talk. Red pillers will typically be able to verbalize concepts you wouldn't know about otherwise. The other big issue to if this is actually problematic is how he is actually treating these women and what are actual intentions. The latter you probably won't be able to find out.

Red pill is pretty broad and usually starts with, I need a little help on how to get a girlfriend.

Obviously, something has set your flags off already, so I'd focus on whatever that was aside from any RP checklist. Id also caution against white knighting too hard, particularly in the workplace. Against what the red pill teaches, do remember women in the workplace are grown adults fully capable of making their own decisions.

I think that you can ask him to stop being an ass If he's doing things you don't like. You can talk to him like your coworker.

But unless he's admitting to crimes openly to you and other co-workers or there's witnesses in the office saying he's doing something there's not much to do here.

If this is a job you plan on staying at you can encourage him to be a better coworker since y'all will be in the community together for a while.

That and hope lol
