Worst-case scenario: you divorce her while she’s a stay-at-home wife. She’ll likely get free housing if you leave or just ask you to leave , for months, possibly years until the divorce is finalized while u pay for 2 places, along with spousal support & child support. In short she is gonna get what she asked for.
At best If the judge believes a spouse is voluntarily unemployed or underemployed, they can impute income ie they assumes she could earn a certain amount if she worked, and bases support calculations on that potential income rather than 0.

Any attorney would advise her not to look for work until after the divorce. + Oblivion alimoney (google your state /country alimony calculator) You dont have the 50/100K asked? no problem you can give he the equivalenbt of the house or pay for years on a monthly bais after divorce.
