She came with the ugliest of allegations. Alluding to basically me being a pervert and that my words were escalating to the point that she needed to protect our kids from me as they were being emotionally damaged from it. The same kids that for 7 months now have have been 50/50 with me and each ask to do things with me one on one because our relationships are strong and every week has gotten better.

She had her family write declarations that I make sexual jokes and am just inappropriate in general. She threw every possible thing at me and even had me complete a 17 panel hair follicle drug test to go back 6 months and test for absolutely everything.

Out of the judges own words today: “The father proved he is completely sober and clean. I am not going to disrupt the parenting plan because of hearsay. And if you bring these allegations again, I will be forced to involve child psychs to evaluate and investigate.”

Felt amazing to hear but now I want to see if she goes even below what she just did and tries to actually do that to our kids. Like my attorney said, I can’t control it if she does. Just keep doing what I’m doing. Stay calm. Document, don’t talk to her outside of email etc. Huge win today. One of the better moments for me this year to watch my attorney decimate hers with facts over words. Fight for your kids men, I see why so many have given up. This is brutal and you hold your breath everytime the judge is making their decision. But another one for the good guys.
