”WHAT” modern women are:
adult human female(s) with an average height of 5 ft 3 inches, an average weight of 170 lbs, (typically) the ability to conceive & birth children, an average hair length of 6 inches longer than men’s, a higher vocal timbre than men, a lower percentage of muscle mass than men, etc etc etc

”WHO” modern women are: selfish, abrasive, combative & uncooperative, anti-male, anti-family, exceptionally-promiscuous, anti-accountability/responsibility, etc etc etc all things they actively choose to be.
