Yes, men are blamed cause its just not done to shame women as that implies you are trying to impose some sort of obligation or consequence on women which is verboten. Women's choice is sacroscant unless it contradicts other things higher on the oppression hierarchy but otherwise womens choice is the most important thing in existence and we will kill hundreds of thousands for this.

I watched it, it was a great movie, Milly is a great actress, Lobo was fun, the Villian was off, and the background should have been more colourful like in the comics, but I really enjoyed the movie.

Out of the 173 million, probably around 73 million of that are too old, too young, too poor, too busy, don’t watch films, don’t like super hero films/marvel/dc etc, etc.

So I do think the stat would be more 1.8 million out of 90-100 million who could watch it

Using the Supergirl movie as a ‘gotcha moment’ against feminism and women is crazy- nobody cares if you watch it or not. Watching or avoiding the movie doesn’t make you feminist or anti feminist, it means you know what kind of movies you like and what you don’t like. How about instead of using a DC movie to make yourself feel big, we look at examples of high grossing female directed or lead movies - Barbie - Hunger games - Captain marvel - Terminator - American psycho - Charlie’s Angels - Selma -Lady Bird - The Matrix
