Ladies stay happy because they benefit from unconditional love, support and attention from men, and they never really have to be lonely unless they want to be because of it. They're happy because they live in a culture that prioritizes their happiness and provides every means of support to make them happy. They're happy because get to enjoy all kinds of privileges that are not available to men, and will never really have to feel the kind of isolation, expectation and vilification that men experience. They're happy because they can be free to be whatever they want, and pursue anything they want at the expense of men who will enable them. They can even be openly misandric and bigoted.
