So I'm going through a rough breakup that left me feeling worthless. Happened in November.

I do go to the gym often, and last week while I was there, I saw a cute girl I see every once in a while being very nervous about a lift she was doing.

Walked up to her, and just encouraged her a bit, she ultimately didn't get it but came up to me to thank me. We had small talk, exchanged instagram.

She was busy with a work event and I've been ill all week, but we've been flirting pretty heavily over text. She also texted me wishing me a happy new year at 00:05.

But here's the thing. I don't know WHAT to do when a girl I'm attracted to is also interested in me. All my life I've had to work for someone's attraction because I wasn't very good looking, and now I'm slowly looking better due to dialing in on my fitness and overall life choices. I don't freeze when I have to be the one pulling someone in, but I'm freezing when this gorgeous gym crush I had is clearly also interested in me.

She literally texted me "I'm at the gym waiting for you" and we're working out together tomorrow.

I also can't date date because I just quit my job to focus on building my business (wasn't related to the breakup lol).

I do feel she'll understand, because she did speak about her and her sister quitting their jobs to start one a couple years ago and it's doing well. She also keeps texting me sweet things like "hope your day goes well ✨" so I can only go up.

My question is, how? I'm at the lowest I've ever been mentally. Both of us also live with our parents because it's very normal in our culture.

So I'm not even sure. Any help would be appreciated, even if it's just calling me a dumb-ass.
