Hey hi everyone, so wanted expert advise here. I work in an MNC and here i have a manager, though not my team, but she is way older than me , like 15-17 years but i find her kinda cute. Also we have been having a lot of eye contacts and somehow i feel she also tried to have a look or eye contact or maybe its a conformity bias. So today only i was having lunch with my team and she suddenly join us on the same table, though sitting on the other edge. We went for snacks and she was there, when she leaves , she purposely had a eye contact with me .Then when she comes for coffe in the morning, she usually passes by the table i sit. I dont know how to escalate as their is some power dynamics involved but would love to date her if she is unmarried / divorced.
