I am tired of the "smart, kind, loving and empathetic" people normalizing shaming men publicly as a way to protect women but the opposite is considered a hate crime against women. "Women don't use religion against men"

What's even more sinister to me is this justification that these women use, in that it's for their "safety" to gossip or publicly shame guys like this, when it's clear that is has nothing to do with their safety or the safety of others. Not just because antagonizing and publicly shaming people doesn't really make them safer(if those men were as unhinged as they are presented to be, that would just be enticing them, escalating and endangering themselves), but because it's clear that these attempts at shaming are more about feeding their own egos(specifically over men).

A lot of the time the logic just isn't there either, it's just blatant projection of danger. Imagine if a woman double-texted a guy, who may have even led her on, and then he showed this to his following saying "she looks like someone who drowns babies, better stay away from her" because of it. This is evil. Presenting men as more dangerous than they actually are also feeds into this narrative that men are inherently more dangerous, which is not only misandry but further enables mass projection like this to occur(effectively a circular effect).

It's why they often say if a woman didn't have double standards then she would have no standards.

Some examples off the top of my head is telling men all children are a blessing and they are oh so cruel leaving their pregnant wife when they find out the baby isnt theirs or leaving a 1 month old because for some reason leniency and kindness are demanded from men. Told men DNA doesnt matter even saying stuff like paternity tests are unethical because it takes away the mothers privacy and choice. Saying men dont want children but legacies that's why they leave when the child isn't theirs rather than the cheating.

Yet magically when they heard nurses were switching babies...all of a sudden DNA does matter and they are taking markers to mark their baby so they know they get the right one back.

Also that commenter is wrong. You can't expose anyone's sins in Islam unless they are grave ones such as murder or will lead to bad things such as your brother marrying a woman who regularly cheats, you as his brother have the right to warn him but not the right to just talk about it for the sake of talking about it.

It isn't women specific nor was it ever stated to be as such. Women can't gossip, men can't gossip the reason being you don't know why the person did what they did and even if they did it with malicious intention its a moment of weakness so you shouldn't spread it and humiliate them even more.
