I hear you bro and feel for you. It's not easy but you have to be brave.
Be kind to yourself and take it hour by hour, day by day.
Sit with the pain and heartache. Don't run from it, embrace it.
Feelings are uncomfortable but they don't last forever. Learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

You haven't finished the reconstruction process. Once you do, your kids transitioning to the mother's home or a sleepover isn't a big deal. The first year post-divorce is the hardest. It does get better, but you need to put effort into your reconstruction.

Use it as an opportunity for yourself. Go see a movie no one wants to see with you, listen to your favorite album turned up too loud. Take a quiet bath with candles.

Heck, I like to catch up on cleaning that way i can wake up to a nice clean house for myself.

You need to think of it positively instead of dwelling on it negatively.
