I honestly don't really mind the first slide that much, as it is tough to psychologically grapple with the fact that the world does actually appear to be run by a cabal of pedophiles.

It does irritate me significantly that these women somehow think that ordinary men who will never be within 1000 ft of a billionaire are somehow more morally responsible for those men's actions than the ACTUAL significant number of women who directly helped them. (Not just Ghislaine Maxwell, but also numerous other recruiters, as well as women who sought his advice and influence knowing what he was doing, or traveled with him knowing what he was doing, or indirectly assisted him! Do not let them tell you Maxwell was "just one woman" ... absolutely not true.)

As always, I also love the, "I'm married and my man is a unicorn, he's the only good one!" crap ... it really serves to illustrate how self-righteous, self-important, myopic---dare I say, "narcissistic"---these women are ... do they even read the other women's comments?

Imagine thinking, "hmm .... seems like a lot of women say they’re husbands or sons or male friends aren't bad ... maybe I'm under-estimating how many good men there are ..."

... they instead think ... "wow, all three good men in the world are married to women in this comment section! And all married to women who openly hate men, no less!"

Imagine the arrogance to unironically think: "Almost all men in the world are bad, but its obvious at this point that my husband is not bad [at least for now]----therefore, the only logical conclusion is that I must be so attractive and so discerning that, as the main character, I was able to first attract, and then select, the only good one!"

If I'm understanding this correctly, these women seem to be upset because they have no sex drive and are jealous of men because we generally do. Like, they're drilling down on this idea of it being animalistic. Yeah, it's called biology.

Now I wonder how much femcel rhetoric boils down to pure envy.
