It’s funny, because this reminds me of when the first Red Dead Redemption game launched, & people were complaining that you could only create ‘ugly people’ as an online avatar. Rockstar pointed out that it was unrealistic to have Hollywood looking people in the old west, & refused to change its creator. I remember many people being very sour about it.

I wish those filters were banned at least from dating apps. The last three women I’ve met have looked so different than their photos it was disgusting. The third one was the worst. I literally didn’t even recognize her and walked past her twice.

It’s a ridiculous game of bait and switch. They show you a picture of a Ferrari and when you see in person it’s a Fiero.

AI should be clearly signposted on every single fucking thing. Art, videos, music.. if AI is even used at all, it should be a legal requirement. I'm sick to death of seeing cute animal trapped in net vids then finding out it's fake. Nothing pisses me off more.

On the reddit 30plusskincare I saw someone post like 5 photos taken over a couple years. First photo, looked young. Then like a year later it looked like she had aged 10 years. She had a filter on the first photo and even she didn't know or forgot. Could have been lying too I guess.
