Financially men get screwed over because:

Their wife didn't work. So the wife ends up with maximum spousal support. She sat around on her butt all day scrolling social media, then complains that she's bored when you get home after a long ass day of work. She cheats on you, and takes half the marital estate too.
She was a spendthrift. You can see it in almost every story here: Husbands didn't set and enforce boundaries with their wife. "When I Say No I Feel Guilty" should be mandatory reading for men.

Fathers get screwed on parenting time because:

They moved out of the marital home before temp custody orders are in place.
The mother did all the heavy lifting -- medical appointments, shuttling the kids to school/sports, parent-teacher meetings, etc.
They fell on their sword thinking kids need a mother more than they need a father. It couldn't be farther from the truth.
