Call the cops. Get it documented.

You can lock your credit card from your phone app.

If you filed for divorce then she did it. The judge will have a dim view of her doing that and probably would assign her that debt Otherwise she can charge as much as he wants and there's nothing you can do about it. She can get her own credit card and you're still stuck with a debt.
