Send him a link to a TRP article you read showing some very very mild advice. Let him find the rest himself.

Even better... start with some other mild PUA type sites.

Never recommend... always "here's a funny article I read" or "I wonder if there is any truth in what these guys say?"

Drop little nuggets here and there. Not much, certainly nothing blatant, but enough that he realises both that he's got a problem, and you have the solution.

Next time he starts on about "women are bitches", joke that when god removed the rib to make adam, he removed the really annoying one.

When he says that women are useless, say "Of course they aren't! I can't exactly suck my dick."

Just drop bits and pieces, and then slowly wean him onto the tougher stuff. If he's out of shape, offer to help him set up a workout plan and introduce him to MyFitnessPal. If he's" a nice guy", NMMNG should set him straight.
