Because she's a woman she won't actually get in trouble for treating a man this way. She could have said worse and have still gotten away with it. It's disheartening.

Start recording your interactions with her. Don't be obvious about it though, I live in a single party state but its illegal to record any amount. I use my recorder for " assisting transcription of days events ".

OP, take it from someone that tried to play the game and lost: HR is there to protect HER, not you. If you value your mental health and reputation in your industry (if this is your desired career) then you need to exit that place before she starts turning your coworkers against you. If HR is willing to move you again, go for it, but I'd start looking elsewhere. I went up to the site director and executive director which were on my side and even got emotional, but I still ended up being the one fired. Corporations treat their workforce as expendable, and they will cut someone loose on unrelated terms if it means avoiding a lawsuit. Right or wrong does not matter in this sphere.

Make another complaint and be looking for employment elsewhere. In my experience, the most trouble I've had in a job came from females and guys who acted like females. Here's an example:

When I drove over the road trucks from 2017-2023, it was females who were the most annoying and tempermental. In one instance, I called to report a problem at a shipper and before I could even get what happened out of my mouth, she started yelling at ME. I quickly ripped her a new ass and was then able to explain what happened after which shouldn't have had to happen.

In another instance, I had another female dispatcher who thought flirting was the way to get you to do anything. I'd do anything she asked without the need of such crap. The other problem was that she was also tempermental. She'd withhold load information if the sun was shining and leave you ass out. But if you honored her request to be left alone, she got offended by that too. It all came to a head after I was screwed out of my vacation by one of her "fabulous loads", not paid and left sitting three day at the terminal and forced to miss my planned vacation. I'd already decided that I was quitting and I think she knew it too because she assigned me loads that kept me away from the terminal despite being a little over 200 miles from the damned thing. She then sent me to the Northeastern US and abandoned me there. After I received a new dispatcher who did the very same in WV, I made sure to return their truck to their yard and flew home on my last good paycheck. She then asked that I be fined $500 and it was granted. Not to mention a guy I was ok with siding with her and challenging me to quit. Challenge accepted. Since then, I've told everyone that if I were to drive again and they tried offering me a female dispatcher, I'd turn her down instantly. The same goes for any man who wants to have the same tendencies.

Just remember, those small things can and will turn into bigger things if you're not careful. I wish you luck in whatever you decide to do.

Be prepared for reprisal and talk to a lawyer to know who will take your case for work place harassment or worse

Yeah, it's worth remembering that in MANY cases... even women hate working for other women.

Yea make another complaint these female bosses are just annoying as hell. Women really don't understand violence and why men don't really pull this crap with other men. I dealt with a similar situation once but it was with a feminine and gay guy who was just offended and complained about everything.

I hate working female dominated jobs. They never pull their own weight. They get special treatment. They also seem to love to cause drama. I love my current job only like 3 women in the whole place and they are all in the office HR or receptionist.

This is why I work in a male dominated field. Not that I haven’t had horrible dick bosses, because I have, but my complaints were taken very seriously. I was in a bad situation under my supervisor and a complaint to “HR” got me moved to a better shift. Much better experience

Personally, I would reframe this. If you move sideways out of her reporting line then you win, and she wins. She cannot bully you, and she won’t see you as a threat to her

Plan your exit to the company by finding higher paying competition but tell no one, be flexible and willing to move. Then you have a base from which to push for better treatment knowing privately that if things go wrong you have a safety net. Then make another serious complaint, have a spine, and make it clear that this is unacceptable behavior for a professional work environment. See if you can catch her doing it to others, then convince them to come forward as well.

I am a 5/10 in the looks department. Ppl will say this is "fantasy" or a lie.

When I worked at a tutoring center, my female boss--who was more attractive than me objectively, however 10+ years older--made advances on me. I pretended not to see them and it was obvious what I was doing so she tool it out on me.

I had a gf at the time and was super stressed about it. She was just a terrible human being who fleeced international students out of money for services they didn't need.

I reported it to HR. HR did nothing. Who is going to believe it?

Looking back, I believe she made moves because she worked nonstop hours so the only outlet was what was available. Being frank, I wouldn't have been too upset about it if she didn't become very cruel when I did the kindest thing possible by ignoring it.

Police Officer: Average Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year

Firefighter: Average Salary: $40,000 – $70,000 per year

Military Officer: Average Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year

Truck Driver: Average Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year

Oil Rig Worker: Average Salary: $37,000 – $100,000 per year
