Hello Everyone, I'm u/hyzenthlay07 ! I run a small business called House
Cravt (http://www.housecravt.com), where I offer home aesthetic services. I use my background in retail merchandising, a masters degree in material culture studies and an interest in Feng Shui to help people reorganise/redo their homes and offices, or singular spaces like a closet. I also shop for home items if clients need a hand with that.

I'm divorced myself and understand what it is like to start over with your home! I have several clients who are divorced men struggling to find their sense of self in their new home. I've helped them create things like a cozy nook for their kids, or a place to relax that felt like “them”. Divorce means starting over, and having a space that reflects the new you can be a great way to turn the page in your life. It can have a huge effect on self esteem, too.

Sometimes you just need a trained eye to help figure out a space. But with that help, home design can be much simpler than people imagine! Depending on a client's needs, I can focus on using what you already have to best effect instead of buying new things.

Divorced men are an underserved group in terms of home organisation and design, and many men left this part of life to their exes, so I wanted to see if I could be helpful to this community. I’m excited to answer your questions!
