There are no laws protecting men, most male DAs will flip the case on the abused man attempting to protect his children.

The whole system is to create fatherless families.

If the extended family is abusing a man, there is also zero help. Extended families will abduct children from single mothers and fathers and then extort them through the system.

Nothing new under the sun.

If you’re in the hospital or in the care of health providers, women will nitpick and control your care, to the extent of over caring or over providing treatments, which may hinder your health in order to get to your money, sometimes just in spite to have you dead.

No one will protect you, unless you have men who will stand by your side. Most men are clueless and gaslighted they cannot ‘see’.

Ask questions and affirmative positive assumptions. “What will my life be like when I break free from these people?”

If she is malpracticing or doing something illegal (at least a misdemeanor like coercion, more than a civil tort) to you demonstrating majorly bad character. If you want an Order of Protection restraining order, you usually have to go to the family court office. Depending who your landlord is, consider a written contract limiting verbal behavior at home.

As you said "they treat female healthcare workers like saints." My mother is a social worker who lies to the cops and psychiatrists to censor my peaceful protests against her feminism and attempts at arranged marriages. It's dangerous (diabetes) to be near mean malpracticers.

I live with female family members

That's your entire problem right there: you are effectively held hostage to their abuse by not having your own place where you can choose to shut them out if you want.

Rather than trying to get society to protect you, which they won't because you are male, your highest priority should be to get some independence, or at least say an absolute minimum to deprive them of ammunition. I have a headache seemed to work well for women not wanting to engage in something they weren't interested in, in the past.

The danger you run is saying something women find offensive and getting involved in an escalating emotional situation designed to goad men into breaking and taking physical action women can then criminalise to make men the actual bad guys: the police only see the end result, not the deliberate sequence of abuse that leads up to it.

Men rarely obtain justice and even then it costs them because lawyers are expensive. Better to spend money in obtaining your independence than wasting it in legal fees.

You shouldn't need justice to get out of an abusive situation, unless they have some kind of hold on you, but even then the cost of legally breaking that hold is often worth it for your future mental health, however we don't understand your particular situation, so our suggestions are kind of meaningless.

Laws are designed to dissuade certain actions that have a negative impact on members of society, but they only work if a potential perpetrator honours those prohibitions and chooses not to act in the prohibited manner. There are no laws actually protecting people and justice is always after the fact of a crime being committed, because it depends on punishment being an effective deterent (it isn't in the case of crimes of high emotion, because a deterent only works if a person decides the punishment is not worth the crime, but that takes reason and in circumstances of high emotion, reason lags emotional impulse).

There are lots of laws protecting men. The thing is they are usually only enforced if the victim is female. The problem is the one you report here, male victims are seldom believed. There is something you can do, but most males in your situation don't have the nerve to do it. GET PROOF. Get a concealed camera or recorder and record or tape the abuse when it happens. Show to those asshole gaslighters. If necessary report it to the police.

If you are not technically savvy enough to pull this off, maybe you could contact a private investigator for help. Good luck.

Never give up hope of getting away from them, but don't rely on justice to help: you need to strategise your escape, how you might legally be able to do it.

Try to become an actor: presenting one fairly compliant face to your abusers which minimises risk of retaliation or escalation, whilst still being you, with your hopes and dreams intact and your strategies for a different life just hidden from outside view, inside.

Try not to get upset about the abuse, they are only words and feelings are fleeting, we are designed to have them as warnings, so we should expect to be warned, but beyond that feelings aren't much use and must often just be endured.

As a man you have a genetic history of resilience and endurance, absorbing punishment, surviving, waiting for an opportunity to pursue a better life: you don't need to get upset about or tackle others views or perspectives that are meaningless to your life except at some theoretical level.

Women can be spiteful and vengeful if you cross them, so don't give them an opportunity or reason to do so. It's possible you might be able to get a temporary court restraining order, but they are only useful if the recipient honours them or cares about the consequences of breaking them and if they don't you open yourself to further retribution. Even if you obtained a temporary restraining order, they can take vengeance in other ways that may be hard to prove. Emotion overrides reason and the justice system relies on reason as deterrent, however basically it's a system that punishes people after the fact which isn't really an effective prevention of crime.

Don't suddenly change your personality, gradually withdraw from interaction to eventually respond minimally and not antagonistically, just enough to satisfy but not outrage them.

Seek expert opinion about your situation, if you can, without letting them know, with a view to how best escape to your own autonomous life. Justice is simply not reliable in helping men: you need your own autonomous life, not justice.

By the way, when it's your sibling, just curious, what happens if you fight back? I know many males are not verbally adept. I happen to be, so I have no trouble standing up to belligerent females. Now if it's your mother, that's different, too much of a power imbalance.
