Going to night clubs and bars solo approaching women and even men, start going to the gym, build a social circle, get involved in things like school and sports. Go to music festivals and concerts, sports games, learn different languages

I'd say first of all get into a sport of some kind, it does help with both confidence and socializing. please for the love of god don't train alone, sign up for something with people there.

Cold approach people to get yourself socially "lubricated", like ask for help with an exercise or ask for a spot, then work up your courage to actually invite them to some sort of activity. i mean, you should first of all build an interesting life that people want to join...

Most people forget one thing though, if u meet someone at a club/social activity, they probably have an interest to it. Ok, it sounds dumb, but what it means is, of course if u meet someone at a book club they probably won't care about getting jacked, right? Same as a gymbro, they probably don't care about museums. this isn't to stereotype, but i mean: cater to their interests!

I mean, don't fake ur hobbies too much: if you don't care abt books and just want to go to a book club to pull girls, you will be miserable, as you will have to do something you despise!

then, to the approaching women, really, you have to get your hands dirty. go to a club, talk to them, it aint that hard, just go up to them and find something that sparks interest (cookie cutter pick-up lines DON'T work). It could be their hair, or make up some shit like ain't you joe's friend. like it doesn't matter, you just need ur foot in the door.

Also trust me, height, handsomeness and idk money isn't really that important, im speaking at a staggering 5'7, skinny and also a bit of a nerd tbh. approach alone, as i think that you will have better odds, i was getting zero play approaching with friends because they were (1) more handsome than me (so girls catered to them) and (2) their type was different from mine, so i didn't give a fuck.
