Livvy Dunne is a social media influencer with over 10 million followers. She literally feeds on the attention. She generates a lot of publicity and attention. These men pursuing her aren't fans. They're paparazzi wanting to get pictures and videos they can sell across social media, her aforementioned stomping grounds.

These are men trying to make a living in a climate created by her. I'm sure it can get to be a bit much, but it's a world of her own making. She's no victim here.

I think female fans are worse and more predatory.

I would consider this a men's rights issue, simply in the sense that the reaction and disposition towards male fans is generally androphobic and misandric.

For example, I have seen female streamers be approached by a man, and immediately he is labelled as creepy and dangerous, even if he isn't or hasn't done anything threatening. They will treat this man's presence in the room as being traumatic, and other people(men or women) would rush him to "rescue" a woman from this.

On the other hand, when a popular male streamer is approached by someone who is actually dangerous, like a man who is literally carrying a knife and looking like he's on drugs, no one reacts. No one treats this as a traumatic experience for that man, and that man will be expected to stand his ground or deal with the situation(anything less is seen as him being a coward).

A lot of famous women would also be completely unreactive to a woman approaching them too, even knowing if this woman is unhinged or dangerous. They don't see her as creepy, they don't assume the worst of intentions, and they don't react with fear(even if she is larger/stronger). It's very rare. So even what gets men branded as "creepy" is inherently gendered. It is generally a fear or disdain for men.

Yeah it happens to male celebrities all the time, the case I usually think about is the boys from one direction as textbook cases and while I often don't use the term, objectification from their mostly female fans.

If men like the work of women who are singers, actress or athletes they are labeled creeps and clearly only want sex from them. However when men don't like women in those fields it is considered a boys club.
