There's a really sleazy guy who works at the place I do. He's already made enemies with one supervisor but appears to have one other on good terms.

I dislike the way he treats my things with little to no politeness. He repeatedly uses other peoples' things without asking, leaves our resting room in a mess when he uses it (he claims he doesn't like his own because it's 'too cold'). He takes my work shoes for bartending usage without asking.

What can I do to make it troublesome/painful for him to continue doing these without outright declaring conflict?
