I'm working hard on becoming a better negotiator. But, I'm no where near Donald Trump level of proficiency yet. This is how most of my negotiations usually work: I make a low offer and we usually reach a middle ground, or they say "No, its X, take it or leave it". With some men (typically alphas surprisingly) its easier to negotiate, they are usually more willing to work with you if you don't have the money. With the women I have negotiated with, they usually just say something along the lines of: "Its X, take it or leave it" then they try to shame me for low balling them.

Does TRP having any negotiating resources or tips and advice?
