You don't call her out. If you think she lied then that is your perception and that is your reality; she's a liar.

No need to call her out on it. Taking time from your day to play "CD_Johanna: PI!" is time wasted from doing something more meaningful.
A long-distance relationship is the ultimate in orbiter status and they rarely, if ever, work out. And I guarantee that the ones that do work out, do not come from a base of "I think she's lying".

LDR's don't work because the Economic exchange gets broken. She knows she has a guy back wherever who has secured guaranteed commitment, attention, and resources for her even when she is gone. Meanwhile you aren't getting the exchange of sex for that. She doesn't have to give you any sex and gets all the commitment guaranteed by simply calling you once in a while. Now while she doesn't *need sex like you do... she does want sex and she wants it from a guy who, coincidentally, doesn't even need to give her commitment because even if he doesn't, she knows she has you as a backup.

And it's not her fault that the other guy(s) fuck(s) her regularly... you weren't around to do it like a real boyfriend does, and she was drunk anyways... and in a different area code altogether and who the fuck do you think you are telling her what she can and can't do with her body?!? And it was just sex anyways...

You see how fucking complicated that really is? But all you see is that she sexes you up every now and then and since you aren't fucking other people... she must not be. Never assume she (or anyone) is as honorable as you are; this is the very definition of solipsism and thinking she is a special snowflake is the male version of that.
