Wassup guys, basically the title.

I've been on around 10 dates this year and none have lead to anything but mutual radio silence after a date or two. Im starting to think I've been framing these poorly, yet im not entirely sure where or what to patch up.

I usually just hit the girl up, make some small talk, some good banter, and then tell her something I'll be doing and that she can join me. They usually do join me or reschedule, which is good, but when we do end up meeting up, the vibes are overly friendly and im not sure how or what to change.

Escalation-wise I usually sit down besides her in a park or something and reach a hand on her leg, and then it turns kind of awkward. She doesnt really respond back and I end the date around 20mins after.

I've not spent more than 2 hours on any of these dates and I've gone out a maximum of 2-3 times with each girl after which we both go silent. I partly do that because so far, I've not been sold on any of these.

I know this sounds like a rationalization, but I've genuinely not felt anything over a lukewarm attraction towards them, and as such couldnt bother if they dont reach out after I put in the effort the first couple of times. Although they'd make for ok plates, im aware over-reaching is not the way to go.

I am 17 and they are also around that age, if thats a factor.

Any pointers or sidebar references would be much appreciated.
