If she expects you to do it? If that's what she's thinking she can keep waiting because it's the woman who initiates it being exclusive. Before considering making her your girlfriend tell me what she has done to earn being the only woman in your life?

How would you know if she expects you to do it? If she tells you that she expects you to do it, she is actually asking you isn't she? Once she asks then just ask I suppose. I have never actually asked someone to be my girlfriend so I am totally unsure about the social dynamics involved.

No, you don't bring it up. The ultimate test is if she is dating other guys and if she is almost always available for you or tries to be. These are the big ones. If she flakes or is dating other guys she isn't that into you and LTR is off the table.

If she passes these tests, then ride that gravy train of freedom as long as you can until you have to give her exclusivity.
