Essentially yes, though your example is terrible.
A "good" use of agreeing and amplifying will be subtle enough that the woman actually wonders if there's a grain of truth in it. And it's rarely self-depreciating.
Example:
"You were totally flirting with [other woman]! Admit it!"
"Well, it's really awkward having sex if I don't flirt a little bit first."
In your example, if a woman asks "Are you jealous about me going to [other guy]'s house?", a better response would be: "Nope."
Just no. Not "I trust you." Not "As long as you stay faithful." Not "I don't see that guy as a threat." Not "I don't really care that much about you." Just no.
Let her wonder what you meant by that and whether you care.

Absolutely. It drives them bitches crazy when you just say "nope" to shit tests like that.

Could say "no need to". I feel like that makes the ambiguity even more salient. The problem at that point is that it's so clearly ambiguous that she'll probably ask you about it.

Perfect. I'd add a muffled snort of laughter to the 'No.' Just for the 'amused' part of the Amused Mastery. Let her wonder why I'm amused.

Agree and amplify is just an easy way to handle shit tests. It is sarcasm cause it's meant to be preposterous. It lets the girl know you don't take her too seriously and it handles shit in a comedic way. So as long as you hold frame and are certain in what you say, then the shit test is handled.

This part is key. What you are communicating isn't, "I'm a witty, funny guy! Love me for that!"
What you're communicating is, "I don't take you or your stupidass question seriously, and I'm not validating you by sinking to your level and responding or having a discussion. I'm being funny for your sake, to soften the sting of me being dismissive of your stupid, stupid shit test."

Assuming you are secure with your sexuality, you could try:
"Hell yeah I'm jealous, I thought he was into me."

And negging is nothing but teasing. Everybody knows that.

Or comic exaggeration. Hyperbole.

Just be aware of your tone. Most people sound annoyed when they try to express sarcasm and it comes off as more of an attack than a joke.
Either play it straight-faced or goofy. Never annoyed.
