So I first swallowed the red pill about 5 months ago. Over that time I've steadily had more success with women. Three months ago I finally got the courage to ask a girl I've liked for some time out. Since then, I've ended up 'plating' her, and our relationship has been going smoothly. We haven't been serious, and I've actively been going on some dates over this same period.

However, lately she's been getting more serious. She changed her facebook status to being in a relationship a week ago (without mentioning my name.) She also kind of protests over me talking to other girls now. But here's the main problem: two days ago she got all emotional with me and talked about how much she likes me and how she has severe trust issues with guys ever since she had been raped and she thinks I'm someone she feels safe around. I had not known she was a rape victim, so I asked her about it, and she just cried more and told me some details.

Anyway, if she is actually a rape victim, its odd that she waited so long to tell me, and only when she wanted to trap me into an LTR. BPme would have fallen for it, after all I used to be the guy who used to do shit for everyone and never look out for myself. After all, good guys should take care of such a damaged gal right?

But now I'm not so sure. I have heard of how fucked up some rape victims usually are, and TRP teaches to put yourself first. So idk.

In summary, my plate turned out to be a rape victim who is being increasingly clingy. Ideally, I'd like to keep her as a plate, but how can I convince her to not get serious about our relationship? Or should I just ditch her completely?
