It's almost like they have forgotten the actual reason for rape. People rape for power, that's the only reason. They don't have needs, they don't get turned on by yoga pants or football shorts, they get turned on by being more powerful then their victim. There is no need to do this since rapists don't rape because they have needs. I think this sort of thing makes us go back in time. In a time when rapists just had needs and it wasn't their fault. It was the victim they shouldn't look the way they do. They provoked an attack so let's make the victim and everyone else cover themselves so it doesn't happen. This is the exact opposite and just as archaic.
