An excellent post on how female-herd tactics of dissimulation, ostracization, and defamation are used as part of the new totalitarianism of today's society:

Some excerpts on female tactics and then how they are used in today's society at large to ostracize anyone who doesn't agree:

Strategy 1 is dissimulation – the words say equality, but the actions reveal self interest. But this strategy is only effective in a nominally cooperative social environment. What happens when a woman meets entrenched opposition? Some sort of escalation is needed.

“If strategy 1 is not working out well enough, then a woman may switch to strategy 2, which requires employing social exclusion. She must ally with other females to run their target out of town. That way, they retain more resources, status, allies, babysitters, and high-quality mates for themselves. The virtue of social exclusion is that it allows overt competition but reduces the risk of retalitation because the target is outnumbered.

“Strategy 2 is ostracization – to exclude the offender from the group, thereby to gain more resources at the expense of the ostracized individual. And perhaps more important, ostracization allows the group to police conformity. Sometimes these two strategies are not enough. The adversary is not fooled by dissimulation and has too much social support to ostracize. What to do? As a last resort, a direct attack is employed:

“Should strategy 2 fail, the final fallback is strategy 3, which is reserved for emergencies. It entails a direct hit on a competitor, a physical or verbal assault. If a woman must use strategy 3, she has failed. She is no longer nice; she is mean. No one likes mean girls or women. She will be abandoned by former allies. Not only that , but she risks retaliation from her target.”

Female power strategies have become politically effective in advanced societies in part because women can treat men just like they treat other women. Men have no advantage in physical force because advanced societies place severe sanctions on violence against women. Neither do men enjoy an organizational advantage (Benenson supports the idea that men are naturally more inclined to form large organizations than women are) – advanced societies prohibit organizations that exclude women.

These strategies have also gained power because men in advanced societies have become more like women. Boys are socialized to suppress the overt conflict that marks intra-male competition in most societies. Zero-tolerance policies crack down on masculine behavior in the schoolyard, while feminine conformity and egalitarianism is imposed as the social ideal. The modern man has been socialized to feminine norms since youth. Indeed, in the realm of politics, some of the most vicious practitioners of dissimulation, ostracization and defamation are men who have adopted these feminine tactics.

Thus, the New Totalitarians are not exclusively or even primarily women, but both men and women who seek control via feminine strategies of competition. Nor are most women represented by the New Totalitarians, despite assertions from their feminist wing to the contrary. Many women remain staunch defenders of freedom. The totalitarian mindset is not intrinsically gendered. Indeed, the great socialist states of the 20th century that killed tens of millions of people were entirely masculine in their exercise of power. In contrast, the New Totalitarians exhibit motivations more characteristically feminine: a concern with security; an ostensible egalitarianism; an expectation of consensus; a slant towards leftist politics; and a willingness to trade freedom for security. But regardless of the gender, the will to impose control is the same.
