The older I get, the less I think success is based on philosophical direction and more on physiological factors, such as sleep, diet, and exercise. In other words, a clueless kid with the right habits will beat the RP kid with shit habits nine times out of ten.
I know, in my experience, I was as earnest, honest, and dedicated a kid as any but I was still a social and intellectual failure because I wasn't watching the practical, worldly factors of my routine. I thought everything could be won from the mind and willpower alone. I thought excellence was an act, not a habit.
I shunned a lot of important activities because I was indoctrinated by the narrative of avoiding the traditionally masculine, which told me I would be guaranteed happiness, love, and economic success if I just shunned traditional masculine roles and embraced the emotional, feminine side of my persona.
I didn't play sports, played video games as my main hobby, ate vegan, didn't exercise, didn't get any sun, didn't sleep enough, didn't study, and masturbated to porn because I never came close to having game. It was a clusterfuck of bad habitude.
Controlling for everything else, diet seems to have the second most important role in determining the success of my day to sleep, but I haven't done a lot of personal testing, because I haven't isolated diet for study in my mind towards the goal of being masculine until recently.
I hear a lot of people suggest avoiding processed food and added sugar altogether, but I'm wondering if anyone has any leads for embarking on personal experimentation for a diet that consistently gives solid mental and physical energy, to bolster confidence and encourage socializing as someone who wants to be a strong, confident male leader.
I'm not at the point of crying conspiracy, but it seems to me like everything that makes me feel like a man after eating it, like burgers, pizza, eggs, and bacon, is claimed by dietitians as being unhealthy. Nothing makes me feel as confident and energetic the next day after eating it than Papa John's pizza, but I'm sure I can do better than shitty fast food. I can't say for sure, but eating meat seems to have a positive effect towards breeding masculine behavior.
Wondering if anybody has insights on the subject.
