This is acceptable because (I assume) both the bride and groom were happy and willing to have it on their cake. It's not really for you to get offended about IMO.

Assuming both parties were involved in deciding on this, us being uncomfortable when we see it is actually a fault on our end. This is about the bride and groom, and since this is a picture this clearly isn't being used as like in the window on a cake store. There being a supply is merely to match a demand, the product would be removed from the books and all if no one wants it, and if someone DOES want it? That's their business to describe their relationship, or joke about it, or WHATEVER reason they do it, their wedding. I may have been uncomfortable when I saw it, but that's because I was projecting, taking it to mean "women>men", but that's not the case, this isn't used as a standard for all wedding cakes, this is "individual>individual", the fact that one has a vagina the other has a penis is really none of my business to judge how they need to treat their relationship. Again this is all assuming they both agree on it, pretty horrid thing for a bride to choose to get 1. On her own, 2. Going against the groom's will (if the bridge gets it by her own decision KNOWING or at least THINKING that the groom will like it, they meant no offense and all).

That said, I'm going to guess that you're ACTUALLY commenting about rather a lack of the roles being reversed in the picture, I think that this should be an option available to couples, but I also think the reverse should be available, I mean, if the bride and groom want to basically say that he's dominant over her either as a joke or seriously, it's THEIR wedding.

Y'know, it's an odd thing. My first reaction was that the picture would be way more entertaining if she were wearing a strap-on, because then it would unambiguously be a sexual thing and some people are in to that (dom/sub). But even without the sexual aspect some people are in to dom/sub, so maybe that's okay too.
