I am not a lawyer, but can your son testify what you did exactly to him that day?A doctor could then testify in your defense if the procedures where normal.

Maybe your son can also testify that this isn't the only way you check for his health ( Ex:check heartbeat and blood pressure , etc)

You can't let her threaten you like this IF all you did was make sure your son was healthy.
