I'm newly back in the dating world and went on a hike the other day with a chick. However with the knowledge I've gained since the last time I was dating years ago , in hindsight I thought , what a stupid choice that was when it comes to false allegations.

I mean I was alone way out in the woods with her for a couple hours, she could have and in fact still could say anything she wanted , and be immediately believed. Now there was no activity between us but consider this , if a girl gives you a bj for instance , she could easily save some of your DNA , if she later wanted to plant that DNA on herself and make a false allegation.

If you think that's paranoid , I've personally seen and heard similar and crazier stories. When women get past their prime especially many get downright crazy and desperate , and might very well attempt to get money in this way , because if there's no exonerating proof , a lawyer would probably tell a guy to just settle , or plead guilty to something lesser even though he didn't do it , lest he be tried and found guilty of rape.

So I'm wondering, how is a guy to protect himself these days with this metoo and the social climate? What, do you walk around recording everything? Not feasible over hanging out for hours. Could do audio recording but that probably wouldn't be considered proof , and don't know if it's legal. Walk around with a legal agreement to be signed before any sexual activity? Lol.

I mean I dated up a storm when I was younger and this shit never even occurred to me. But in this new climate it does. What do you think? Thanks!
