Make sure to communicate via text or some other way you have an actual record of your conversations, deliberately walk in front of security cameras and make a note of where they are so you have video evidence of what you were doing and where you are versus an accusers version of events.

You would be amazed at how many times a simple text message or two or CCTV footage has completely saved a man from false accusations. Just as a general security and personal safety thing I make a note of where security cameras are pointing just in case anything happens. If you get into a fight for example you could back off and lead the person into view of the camera before you fight back and so on so you can get the footage later.

To find out where the security cameras are pointing a lot of shops and other places put monitors right above on the ceiling or a wall somewhere.

That should be more than enough if you aren't dealing with a corrupt court system, there are ways if you remember to take the steps. False accusers generally aren't that bright, they're often women who are quite young in a lot of cases and aren't very experienced liars so the moment they come under the slightest scrutiny their stories usually fall apart especially if you have lots of recorded evidence.

Don't get me wrong, it's a really scary thought, but it is something that you can protect yourself from, the absolute worse scenario is when there is no recorded evidence whatsoever you were in a room alone with the girl and her friends gang up on you.

One way to be safe is to date people who have a sense of right and wrong. If someone sets your alarms off, don't date them.

don't use apps that erase your messages like snapchat, save and download your chats to PC if you need to make room
a simple "good night" message after a date may prove that things were consensual, not forced.
walk in front of cameras, let them see your face, your body language
do things in crowded public places...maybe hike with a group?
go easy on the booze
always use your own condom and flush away your critters...
