Some pointers I can give you for this date to be successful.

Don't put the pussy on a pedestal. She will know if you do and will take advantage and you'll be left with nothing.
All women don't look as good as they show us to be. (Makeup, push up bras and etc)
Make sure she does the talking. You're just commentating on her stories and shit. This is where you flirt and tease.
Don't spend any money on her and if money is spent, split it with her.

To answer the question, go to the park. It's cheap and a nice walk while talking is always pleasant on a nice day.

Spend an hr at most with her. Try escalating physically and try to aim for a kiss before the date is over. You have on hour to do that. Spending more than an hr on a date takes away the mysteries you present her with. She'll have nothing to go on for the second date.

I know it's hard to tap in that mindset if you're a newb, but try to be the buyer. You screen her. You have to screen, right? Maybe she's just looking for her beta buck puppy who'd supply for her rides on the CC. Maybe she has baby rabies? Maybe she's a drama queen? Maybe she's auditioning for a quality orbiter? Maybe she's just crazy?

Do more screening and less impressing. She should be impressed anyway if you have enough value.

Honestly, I think it's best to lower expectations for a first date, unless the first date involves alcohol, in which case you should be trying to get laid. Otherwise, don't put too much pressure on it.

I like setting up simple coffee dates or drink dates with girls and just getting a read on them early. If there isn't strong attraction from her early on, and you don't feel like your chances of bringing her back to your place are high, just try to communicate that you are not putting her on a pedestal.

So I'd do coffee date... Show interest, say you have somewhere to be, and then initiate leaving. This drives the hamster nuts, especially hot girls.

On the second date, you want to do something much funner and more exciting. Something that you feel very very comfortable doing, and can play the role of leader at. Rock-climbing, nightclub, concert, etc. Whatever you feel like your thing is. If you have a decent enough time on your first date, she is attracted to you, and you initiate the end of that date right when she was starting to enjoy it, she will be very receptive to your second date invite a few days later.

Once you have her comfortable with you, she knows you aren't desperate, and you lead her through a fun activity, well their pants basically fall off at that point.
