The majority of people who harm us are the men we know. Fathers, brothers, husbands, boyfriends

Very rarely is it the immigrants and not the men in our own homes

The most safe we are is single, living alone or with another woman

I find that bigoted dorks tend to greatly overestimate just how great the threat of the filthy foreigners is, while clutching their pearls any time we point out that the local men rape and murder just fine without having extra melanin.

So no, I'm not particularly worried about foreign men in particular. They're just a subset of men, and I tend to be cautious around men in general.

Women bear children, give life so perhaps they are more attuned to the idea of every life being precious. Also there is the belief that redemption is possible even for the wicked. Women (in the US at least) are many times more likely to be assaulted by their own countrymen than immigrants so these fears might be irrational. Most people support immigration control and the exclusion of violent criminals but in the US it’s been turned into a political issue with folks screaming about “open borders” which never really existed
