Long story short about her 24, plated her for 3 month's until last September, i broke things up because she wanted a relationship and i didn't. Last month we started hooking up again.

She started sending texts today and to summarize her last message was this: "If it hurted to hear it before right now it won't be any different". (I didn't give her any indication of relationship nor breaking up with her fyi, she just came out with that conversation out of nowhere)

She doesn't captivate me for a ltr but i also don't want to hurt her, she's a nice girl, very submissive and I'd like for us to remain friends, plus she's been through a lot and i feel terrible to put her in this situation, but I don't know how to break up with her, and that's why i came up to you guys, what should i tell her?
